Shipping Policy

At Skinny GLP™, we're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and delivery information.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard Shipping 1-2 bottles (3-5 business days): $8.80
  • Standard Shipping 3+ bottles (3-5 business days): $9.50
  • Express Shipping 1-2 bottles (2-3 business days): $14.80
  • Express Shipping 3+ bottles (2-3 business days): $15.50

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: 10-21 business days, depending on location
  • Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping fees may apply for AK and HI).

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express shipping. Standard shipping to P.O. Boxes is available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time by:

  • Clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Logging into your account on our website
  • Visiting the carrier's website directly (USPS, FedEx, or UPS)

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [your-email@skinnyglp.com] with photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and send a replacement.

Wrong Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at customer-support@skinnyglp.com.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High volume periods (holidays, sales events)
  • Incorrect shipping addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.
